I have a galaxy J3 when I was in the play store updating apps all the sudden a screen popped up sating touch wiz home has unfortunately stopped working. I restarted my phone, took the battery out, cleared cash, cleared default, and force closed touch wiz. I called my provider and they connected me to Samsung who tried everything! I have no idea how to do the flash thing for touch wiz. Cleared cache, also did factory reset, still unfortunately touch wiz home has stopped. This would pop up every two seconds, slowed, then froze requiring reboot.
No apps outside of home screen would open. I am using Galaxy j3. It sucks but everything works and no problems.

I have tried all of these things up to and including factory reset but even after factory reset once I restored ask of my apps and settings it starts happening again. That seems to imply that a third party app is the culprit but when I boot in safe mode disabling all third party apps I still get this error. This would then allow you to rearrange icons move and drop as before. No need to rebout your phone or carry out factory reset.
